Counter-Notification Procedure
If your content (User Submission) is removed due to a copyright complaint, you may submit a counter-notification if you believe the removal was a mistake.
A valid counter-notification must include:
i. Your physical or electronic signature.
ii. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, including its prior location on the Website.
iii. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
iv. Your full contact information: name, address, phone number, and email, plus:
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the address you provided and any jurisdiction where the copyright owner may be located.
v. A statement that you will accept service of legal process from the copyright owner or their authorized agent.
